Application repair
Bugs, outages, slowdowns and anything that stops your system from working properly. I find the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms.
Technical support for businesses
I fix, take over and develop existing web systems for small and medium-sized businesses. I can help even if you've lost touch with your previous developer or you're not a technical person.
Have an idea for a new application? I'll build it from scratch, starting with an MVP.
“The developer who built my app doesn't work with me anymore.”
“The system keeps getting slower and something is always breaking.”
“I want to add new features, but I don't know where to start.”
“My staff copy data by hand between programs every day.”
These are typical situations businesses come to me with. They can be sorted out — step by step, without turning everything upside down.
Services
Bugs, outages, slowdowns and anything that stops your system from working properly. I find the root cause instead of just treating the symptoms.
Has your previous contractor disappeared or stopped working on the app? I take over the code, clean it up and document it.
Less manual work and retyping of data. I connect the tools you already use so that data flows between them on its own.
Updates, backups, monitoring and further development of your system as part of a regular monthly arrangement.
Have an idea for a product or a tool for your business? I build the first working version — focused on what matters most — so you can test the idea with real users as quickly as possible. I know from experience what projects that need rescuing look like, so from day one I build in a way that lets the application grow safely.
How I work
You don't have to commit to a big project straight away. First I look at what's going on in your system, and only then do we decide together what to do next.
I analyse the system and its problems. You get a report in plain language: what's wrong, what to fix first and roughly how much it will cost.
I implement the agreed changes, keep you updated on progress and test everything before it reaches your customers.
I make sure the system keeps running: updates, backups, monitoring and small changes whenever you need them.
Projects
Takeover and modernisation
The company had an application that wasn't working as it should, and no developer who could look after it.
A working application deployed to production, with monitoring in place.
The client now has a production environment that runs reliably and is monitored.
More case studies and client testimonials coming soon.
About me
For almost 10 years I've been building and maintaining software — mostly the systems that work "under the hood": databases, integrations, servers and the core logic of applications.
I've worked mainly in software house teams on large projects and for startups, with clients mostly from the UK and Poland.
Today I work directly with individual clients.
MT Software is my one-person business. That means you talk directly to the person who works on your system. No middlemen and no handing your project off to someone else — I'm personally responsible for the outcome.
I enjoy projects others have found difficult: someone else's tangled code, an application nobody understands, or a system that finally needs to be deployed to a server safely.
Questions
Not at all. Just tell me what isn't working or what you want to achieve. I'll explain the rest in plain language and always tell you what I'm doing and why.
Yes, that's a very common situation. I need access to the code and the server (or I'll help you regain it), and then I start with an application review.
Yes. We start by talking about your idea and together choose the smallest scope that lets us test it — that's the MVP. Once it's live, we gather feedback from users and decide what to build next. That way you don't spend your budget on features nobody needs.
It depends on the state of the system and the scope of work. That's why I start with a paid review with a clearly defined scope — afterwards you get a concrete plan and an estimate before you decide on anything else.
Yes, I run a registered business in Poland and issue VAT invoices.
No. We can start with a single review or a single fix. Ongoing maintenance is an option, not a requirement.
Write a few sentences: what your business does, what system you have and what's causing trouble. I'll reply within one business day and we'll arrange a short, free call.
